In recent years, we’ve been carefully listening to feedback from our participants and partners. We’ve realized that combining the EVENT VISION conference and the EVENT EXPO trade fair into a single day no longer allows both formats to reach their full potential.

EVENT EXPO has grown into such an inspiring and attractive space with a rich program and workshops that it deserves the full attention of visitors. That’s why we’ve decided to move the EVENT VISION conference to autumn 2026 — to allow participants to fully experience both the inspiring conference and the expo, without time pressure or compromises.

About the project

A unique event marketing festival concept, the only one of its kind in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
It combines the exhibition part with leading suppliers from the event world and a professional conference with international participation.
Although the individual parts take place at different times, together they form one compact whole – a place where professionals from agencies, venues, suppliers, and corporate clients meet.
The goal is to create space for inspiration, collaboration, and deeper connection within the event community.
