MILOSLAV TUČEK

Česká spořitelna

How to enthuse employees at the biggest corporate festival in Czechia.

MILOSLAV TUČEK

Profile

How to enthuse employees at the biggest corporate festival in Czechia

About the talk:
The biggest bank in Czechia – Česká spořitelna – has undergone major changes last year. Internal corporate event “Spořka” was meant to thanks employees for enduring this demanding and stressful period as well as celebrate the 25th anniversary of their subsidiary company (Stavební spořitelna) and the 200 years since the founding the Erste Group. We wanted to prove to our employees that they are appreciated and valued and that they are an essential component of the 200-yearlong story. We wanted to increase employees’ pride and the number of internal fans.

Bio:
Miroslav Tuček
Fifteen years in the internal communication departments of large corporations toughens a person and places him in a variety of roles. Sometimes, it is a strategic planner, other times a creator, and time to time even a hostess or a technician. Over the past 7 years, I have been lucky enough to be part of a team of enthusiastic people and to participate in the “fans hunt”. The aim of Spořka is not to have employees but to have devoted fans that will always support our company. I believe that our communication and events make this happen.
